DBenk AutoOps Cloud
The dashboard and checking engine run in our cloud. Commands to your servers are run by a DBenk Worker inside your own network: install it on one always-on Linux server (or a VM/Docker). The Worker only opens outbound connections to port 443 and the SSH keys stay in your network. You can run more than one Worker as backup.
Without a Worker is for public VPS only: we connect over SSH directly from DBenk's cloud with an IP allowlist. This option needs your written agreement to its conditions and risks.
Vita Developer Cloud hybrid
Tasks, the AI team, approvals and history live in our cloud. Heavy work runs on your DBenk Worker with your own Claude/Codex subscription or AI keys. Fully hosted compute is not offered yet.

DBenk Cloud FAQ
What is DBenk Cloud?
The same DBenk apps as on your own server, but we run the server: install, update, back up daily to a separate location, and monitor. You just open the address (our subdomain or your own domain). It is coming soon: not for sale yet, but you can request access.
Why does Cloud cost more than running it on your own server?
On your own server, the server is yours and your team looks after it. In the Cloud, the price includes the server, daily off-site backup, automatic updates, monitoring and HTTPS. For DBenk Kerja, DBenk Attendance, their bundle and DBenk AutoOps, the Cloud price = 2× the on-prem price; there is a monthly minimum per customer.
Does Cloud have a free plan?
No. The free plan for small teams is for installs on your own server only. Cloud has a 14-day trial.
Why does AutoOps Cloud use a DBenk Worker?
So your servers never open their SSH port to the internet and the SSH keys never leave your network. The Worker runs on one always-on Linux server and only opens outbound connections to port 443. Add a second or third Worker as backup; when every Worker is down you get a 'monitoring interrupted' alert.
What are the risks without a Worker?
The SSH key is stored encrypted at DBenk and the servers' SSH port must be open to DBenk's IP addresses. That is why this option is for public VPS only, uses a dedicated minimum-rights SSH user, and needs an agreement recorded with its time. The details are in the guide AutoOps Cloud without a Worker.
How does Vita Developer Cloud work?
Hybrid: tasks, the AI team, approvals and history in our cloud; heavy work (writing code, running tests) on your DBenk Worker with your own Claude/Codex subscription or AI keys. Code and keys stay on your machines.

Is the Hub paid?
No. DBenk Hub is free: the home of every app with sign-in, approvals, integrations and the 3D office. You only pay for the apps (per employee or per server), at the same price standalone or in the Hub.
How is the free plan counted?
Free applies while total use stays within the limits: at most 2 active people on DBenk Kerja and DBenk Attendance (counted once per company, the same people may use both) and at most 1 server on DBenk AutoOps. As soon as a 3rd person or a 2nd server is added, the apps in use need a licence and every person or server is billed, not just the extra ones. Example: 3 people on DBenk Kerja = 3 × the per-employee price.
DBenk Kerja vs DBenk Attendance?
DBenk Kerja records what gets done: check-in, work per project, blockers and reports. DBenk Attendance records when people work: automatic clock-in and clock-out from the laptop, leave and permits, the employee portal and Office 3D. Need both? Take the bundle.
Who counts as an active employee?
People with an account, a laptop agent, or employee portal access. One person with two laptops still counts as one. On paid plans each app counts its own employees; the free limit of 2 people is shared by DBenk Kerja and DBenk Attendance.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Same as an ended licence: 14 days of grace, then apps above the free limit are read-only until you subscribe. No data is deleted.
How many employees does DBenk Kerja support?
Tested up to 600 employees per server (recommended specification: up to 100 people 2 vCPU/4 GB; 101–300 people 4 vCPU/8 GB; 301–600 people 4 vCPU/8 GB with NVMe disk). Above 600: contact us (8 vCPU/16 GB; support for 1000 employees coming soon).
How much is Vita Bisnis?

Standalone or in the Hub — is the price different?
No. Standalone or together in the Hub — same price. It is only a deployment choice; one licence per company lists all your apps.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer against an invoice, monthly or yearly. Once payment is confirmed the licence renews automatically and your apps fetch it within a few hours.
Can I add employees or servers mid-term?
Yes. Request it in the customer portal; we send an invoice for the difference and the licence changes once it is paid.
SSO and SLA?
Sign-in with your company identity provider (SSO/OIDC) and an SLA with priority support are available as add-ons. Contact us for a quote.
