Platform
DBenk Hub: free, the home of every app.
The Hub installs, connects and updates DBenk apps on your own server: one sign-in, approvals in one place, integrations and the 3D office. The Hub is not sold; you only pay for the apps you use, at the same price as standalone.
curl -fsSL https://get.dbenk.com | sh
Linux + Docker. After signing up for a trial, your command already contains the license code.
Meet DBenk in 2 minutes
A short narrated tour of the demo with sample data: DBenk Hub, DBenk Kerja, DBenk Attendance, DBenk AutoOps and Vita. Subtitles in Indonesian and English.
Many apps, many logins, approvals all over the place.
The more office apps you run, the harder it is to know who has access where and who approved what.
- Accounts everywhere
Every app has its own accounts and passwords; when someone leaves, their access lingers in many places.
- Approvals without a trail
Important decisions are approved over chat and e-mail, with no record of who approved what and when.
- Home-made integrations
Apps are wired up one by one, with no picture of which data flows where.
What you can use today.
Screenshots of the Hub with sample data. Everything below is in the version you install, not on a roadmap. Open the live demo (sign in: demo / dbenk2026, read-only)
- One sign-in
One sign-in for every DBenk app. Sign-in with your company identity provider (SSO/OIDC) is available as an add-on.
- Approvals
Decisions of the Vita AI team and app data permissions are approved in the Hub, with an extra step for important actions and an audit trail.
- Install modules
Switch modules on inside the Hub; the Hub installs them on your Docker or Coolify.
- Signed releases
The Hub only installs official releases signed by DBenk and pinned to an image digest. It cannot be silently downgraded.
- Backups and health
Backups, health, notifications, audit
- Offline licenses
Licenses are checked on your server; the Owner is never locked out.
Start with the Hub, or connect what you already run.
The Hub does not move other apps' data. Every app keeps its own data; the Hub connects them through contracts you approve.
Start with the Hub
- Install the Hub with one command
- Switch on DBenk Attendance, DBenk AutoOps or Vita inside the Hub
- Invite the team, set roles, done
Connect apps you already run
- A DBenk Kerja, AutoOps or Vita you already use on its own can be connected to the Hub
- One licence per company lists all your apps
- Disconnect any time; the app keeps running on its own
The Hub is free. Pay per app.
There are no Hub plans. You only pay for the apps, per active employee or per server, monthly or yearly. Prices exclude VAT. Use it standalone or together in the Hub — same price.
Hub add-on: sign in with your company identity provider, for every app.
4 business-hour response, contract and yearly invoice.
2 people on Kerja + Attendance and 1 AutoOps server · no time limit
DBenk Hub FAQ
Anything else: send a message.
What do I need to install it?
One Linux server with Docker (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM to start) or an existing Coolify. The install command sets up the Hub; modules are installed from inside the Hub.
Is the Hub paid?
No. DBenk Hub is free: the home of every app with sign-in, approvals, integrations and the 3D office. You only pay for the apps (per employee or per server), at the same price standalone or in the Hub.
Do the other apps have to go through the Hub?
No. DBenk Kerja, DBenk Attendance, DBenk AutoOps and Vita can be used on their own. The Hub helps once you use more than one: sign-in, approvals, integration, updates and backups in one place.
What happens without a license?
You stay on the Free for small teams plan, with no time limit: up to 2 people on DBenk Kerja and DBenk Attendance (the same people may use both) and 1 server on DBenk AutoOps; DBenk Hub is always free. A 3rd person, a 2nd server, or Vita needs a trial or a licence. The 14-day trial is one click in Hub › License. Version updates need an active licence; without one the apps keep their current version.
Does the Hub need internet all the time?
No. The license is checked on your server. Internet is only needed to fetch license renewals and updates; without internet, paste the new license manually.
Can we sign in with company accounts?
Yes. Besides local accounts with 2FA, the Hub supports signing in with Google or your OIDC provider (e.g. Authentik), with domain and group rules you set.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Same as an ended licence: 14 days of grace, then apps above the free limit are read-only until you subscribe. No data is deleted.
