Simple Work Monitoring · standalone or in the Hub

DBenk Kerja — simple work monitoring for your team.

Know who is working on what today and which blockers are in the way — without the weight of a project-management tool. Paid per active employee, monthly or yearly, on your own server.

Linux + Docker, PostgreSQL included. Fully usable for 14 days after installing; a license is needed after that.

Who is working on what today?

Without a daily log, leads ask everyone one by one, blockers surface only after the deadline, and monthly reports are written from memory. DBenk Kerja is simple on purpose: it monitors daily work and team blockers, not boards, sprints or Gantt charts that need upkeep.

  1. Status asked over chat

Answers are scattered across conversations and cannot be added up.

  2. Blockers without an owner

Problems get reported, but nobody is clearly responsible, so they wait too long.

  3. Reports assembled by hand

Per-project and per-person reports are pieced together at month end from memory and spreadsheets.

DBenk Kerja FAQ

Anything else: send a message.

Is DBenk Kerja a project-management tool?

No. DBenk Kerja is deliberately simple: it monitors daily work and team blockers. Teams that need full project planning can run DBenk Kerja alongside the tools they already use.

How is DBenk Kerja priced?

Per active employee per month; yearly = 10× monthly. Free for teams of up to 2 people (the same limit is shared with DBenk Attendance); from the 3rd person on, every active employee is billed. On renewal DBenk Kerja only sends the number of active employees (a number only).

Does DBenk Kerja need a DBenk Hub?

No. DBenk Kerja works on its own with its own sign-in, or together in the free DBenk Hub. Same price; one licence per company lists all your apps and is checked offline.

How many employees does DBenk Kerja support?

Tested up to 600 employees per server (recommended specification: up to 100 people 2 vCPU/4 GB; 101–300 people 4 vCPU/8 GB; 301–600 people 4 vCPU/8 GB with NVMe disk). Above 600: contact us (8 vCPU/16 GB; support for 1000 employees coming soon).

Can we try it first?

Yes. After installing, DBenk Kerja is fully usable for 14 days without a license; after that it is read-only until a license is active. We can also show it in a video call demo. Or open the read-only demo with sample data (sign in: demo / dbenk2026), reset every night: Try the demo

License expired?

Data stays visible and exportable; only adding or changing data stops until renewal. The Owner and admins can always sign in.

Where can I install it?

On your own Linux server with Docker (VM, VPS, office server): DBenk Kerja and DBenk Hub are one command each, PostgreSQL included. A Coolify server works too (guide available). Server without internet: offline bundle for Hub. Coming, not downloadable yet: a ready-made VM (VMware, VirtualBox, Proxmox), one-click templates for Portainer, Dokploy and CapRover, and .deb/.rpm packages without Docker.

DBenk Kerja vs DBenk Attendance?

DBenk Kerja records what gets done: check-in, work per project, blockers and reports. DBenk Attendance records when people work: automatic clock-in and clock-out from the laptop, leave and permits, the employee portal and Office 3D. Need both? Take the bundle.
