DBenk Kehadiran: automatic clock-in and clock-out, leave and Office 3D.
Clock-in and clock-out are recorded automatically by a small agent on each employee's laptop, not by manual check-in. Leave and permits are requested in the employee portal and approved by the manager and HR. Office 3D shows who is online and working.
Manual clock-ins, leave over chat, summaries at month end.
Hybrid offices make attendance hard to count, and HR spends the start of every month tidying data.
- Clock-ins don't show work
Manual clock-ins don't show who is actually working, especially from home.
- Leave without clear balances
Leave is requested over chat or paper; balances are recalculated every time someone asks.
- Payroll summaries assembled by hand
Arrival times, lateness and leave are gathered from many sources every month.

DBenk Attendance FAQ
Anything else: send a message.
How is attendance calculated?
The laptop agent reports active/idle/away every minute. Check-in = the first report of the day, check-out = the last one. Present, late, or absent follows the work hours and tolerance you set; Indonesian national holidays and collective leave days are built in and editable. History is kept for 400 days by default.
How are leave and permits handled?
Employees request leave, permits or sick days; the lead and then HR approve. Annual and collective leave balances are tracked, a calendar shows who is away, and the attendance summary counts it. Leave export is available for your HRIS.
Does DBenk do payroll?
No. DBenk is not a payroll, income tax (PPh 21), or BPJS application. Use it with your HRIS (Talenta, Gadjian, KantorKu, etc.): the attendance summary downloads as Excel/CSV (per person per day: check-in/check-out, status, minutes late) to process or import there.
What about employee privacy?
The laptop agent takes no screenshots, keystrokes, document content, URLs, file names, or location. It sends: active/idle/away status and the name of the application in front (employees can turn that off). Window-title descriptions are off by default; the company can turn them on after informing employees. Employee notice template.
Can DBenk Attendance be used without the Hub?
Yes, at the same price: Rp15.000 / employee / month. In the free DBenk Hub, one employee list is shared with the other apps.
DBenk Kerja vs DBenk Attendance?
DBenk Kerja records what gets done: check-in, work per project, blockers and reports. DBenk Attendance records when people work: automatic clock-in and clock-out from the laptop, leave and permits, the employee portal and Office 3D. Need both? Take the bundle.
How is it different from Vita Virtual Office?
Office 3D shows human employees from the laptop agents and is included in DBenk Attendance. Vita Virtual Office shows the Vita AI team and is included in Vita.
