DBenk AutoOps: automatic server operator.
Automatic server operator: monitor, secure and fix — with no agent on each server. Installed once (on one server or VM), it reaches the other servers over SSH within the limits you set: which servers, which checks, which actions.
More servers, monitoring falls behind.
Small teams run many servers, and every monitoring tool wants to be installed on all of them.
- An agent on every server
Every server needs a monitoring agent that has to be installed, updated and trusted.
- Scattered findings
Health alerts, security findings and incidents arrive from many dashboards and e-mails.
- Too much access
Monitoring tools often ask for root, when reading is all they need.
What DBenk AutoOps does.
Everything below is in the version you install today.
- Server list and health status
Normal, warning or critical, and when each was last checked.
- Security findings and incidents
Findings that need action in one list, not spread over e-mail.
- No agent on each server: SSH access is enough
Use a dedicated SSH key with a least-privilege user (not root).
- Read-only by default; only the actions you allow, with approval
Commands that change a server only run when you allow them per server.
- Schedules and rate limits
Set how often each check runs so servers are not overloaded.
- Audit log
Every action is logged. Revoking access is just removing the SSH key from the server.
- Automatic fixes with approval coming soon
AutoOps proposes fixes and runs them once you approve. Today it runs in shadow mode (it only records proposals) and does not change servers yet.
Standalone, or in DBenk Hub.
The same AutoOps either way; priced per server monitored over SSH. Use it standalone or together in the Hub — same price.
Standalone
- AutoOps with its own console, no Hub
In the Hub
- Connect AutoOps to the Hub with a one-time code
- 3D server room and findings next to your other apps

Anything else: send a message.
Do I need to install an agent on every server?
No. DBenk AutoOps installs no agent on the monitored servers. AutoOps is installed once (on one of your servers or VMs) and connects to your other servers over SSH, only to the servers, checks and actions you allow, on the schedules and rate limits you set. The license counts each server monitored over SSH.
How is DBenk AutoOps priced?
Per server monitored over SSH, no agent on each server. Yearly = 10× monthly. Free with just 1 server.
How safe is AutoOps' SSH access?
Use a dedicated SSH key for AutoOps with a least-privilege user (not root). By default every check is read-only; commands that change a server only run when you allow them per server, and every action is written to the audit log. Revoking access is as simple as removing that key from the server.
Can DBenk AutoOps be used without the Hub?
Yes: AutoOps runs on its own at the same price: Rp25.000 / server / month.
